There is a risk involved in resolving complete blockages during device operation. Firstly, terminate the intermediate and downstream equipment, and then remove the reduction pipe directly below the discharge outlet. During the operation, the material at the discharge outlet of the equipment will spray out anytime and anywhere, so the staff should try to avoid using the equipment as much as possible and use specialized tools such as ropes. Remove the reducer and close the lower pipe hole to prevent material from falling into the damaged middle and lower parts.

After removing the reduction tube from the equipment, the staff should wear protective equipment and use specialized tools to clean the discharge outlet over a long distance. As the blocking material decreases, the nozzle will suddenly spray and discharge all the material in the machine. When the current drops instantly to full load current, the equipment can be terminated, and after maintenance, everything can be produced normally.

The device is completely blocked. The safe solution is to terminate the operation of the equipment, open the top cover of the equipment, remove the material inside the kneading machine barrel of the structural adhesive equipment and the material at the discharge outlet, and then resume production. However, this solution requires a significant amount of labor, typically taking 18 hours to become 4 to 5 times more efficient than other solutions, which seriously damages production time.
