Below are the actual application regulations of the equipment:

1、 The dry powder mortar mixer for structural adhesive equipment should be installed on a sturdy pedestal. When used for a long time, foot screws should be buried; If applied in the short term, wooden pillows can be laid under the motor shaft to ensure the stability of the mechanical equipment.

2、 After the dry powder mortar mixer of the structural adhesive equipment is started, the mixing drum should be operated at all normal speeds before feeding, and water should be immediately drained after feeding; Before starting the drying equipment, it is necessary to unload all the original concrete in the mixer before adding granular materials. Do not turn off the mixer halfway or start it at full load.

3、 During the entire process of equipment operation, if common faults are found that cannot be operated again, the power supply should be disconnected first, the concrete in the mixing drum should be removed and cleaned, and then the impact crusher should be repaired.

4、 In the application of structural adhesive equipment dry powder mortar mixer, it is important to avoid sand and stones falling into the operating part of the equipment to prevent the components from getting stuck and damaging the equipment of the hematite smelting plant. After the feeding hopper is raised, there should not be many people sitting or staying directly below the hopper for a long time to prevent accidents caused by malfunctioning braking systems, which may result in unnecessary personal safety injuries or deaths.

5、 During the entire process of work, the cleaning of the mixing machine should be carried out. If the actual operators need to enter the drum for cleaning, they must disconnect the power supply, assign dedicated personnel to monitor outside, or remove the circuit breaker and lock the main switch box, and then enter the mineral processing shaker.

6、 If there is a shaking handle on the feeding hopper of the equipment, it should be fixed with a wooden board or bottle stopper to prevent the operator from lifting the hopper when clearing the equipment, which may cause serious extrusion molding safety accidents.
